New Beginnings Youth Substance Abuse

Representatives Dykema of Holliston, Walsh of Framingham, Cahill of Lynn, Linsky of Natick, Rogers of Cambridge, Benson of Lunenburg, Khan of Newton, Heroux of Attleboro, Keefe of Worcester, Murray of Milford, Gentile of Sudbury and Ashe of Longmeadow move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by inserting in line 24 after “treatment beds” the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the New Beginnings program that targets youth at risk and in recovery in collaboration with school districts;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$131,700,888” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$131,800,888”.
