Amendment #1077 to H3600

Children's Medical Security Plan

Representatives Barber of Somerville, Decker of Cambridge, Hecht of Watertown, Khan of Newton, Malia of Boston, Rogers of Norwood and Smizik of Brookline move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4000-0990, by adding after the word “years” the following:- “; provided further, that and the executive office of health and human services shall develop a plan, in consultation with stakeholders, to improve the scope of benefits, to be reported to the  house and senate committees on ways and means and the joint committee on health care financing and made public no later than June 30, 2018.”; and by striking out the figures “$12,471,111” and replacing it with:- “$17,471,111.”
