Amendment #1095 to H3600

Education Reimbursement

Representatives Cassidy of Brockton and Cronin of Easton move to amend the bill by inserting the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for any city hosting a charter school that opened in the 2016-17 school year in a temporary location outside said city, the increased tuition in said school year shall be treated as a first-year increase for purposed of the reimbursement due under line item 7061-9010 of section 2 of this act.”
