Pay Raises for Early Educators

Representatives O'Day of West Boylston and Dwyer of Woburn move to amend the bill by striking 3000-1042 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:

"3000-1042 For a reimbursement rate increase for subsidized early education and care and for salaries, benefits, and stipends for professional development of early educators or programmatic quality improvements; provided, that funds appropriated in this item shall be used to increase such reimbursement rate by an equal percentage for all such providers............................................................ $19,700,000"
