Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts

Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-1206, in line 3, by inserting after the word "organizations" the following: "provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be expended for the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,400,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,800,000".
