Elevator Certification Fees

Mr. Mahoney of Worcester moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: "SECTION X. Section 65 of Chapter 143 is amended by inserting, after the word "elevator” in lines 21 and 22, the following: "or an entity that enters into contract for the maintenance of such elevators including their inspection"."
