Aid to Incarcerated Mothers

Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8900-0001, in line 21, by inserting after the date “October 1, 2015” the following "provided further that no less than $200,000 shall be funded to the Aid to Incarcerated Mothers program."; and in said item by striking out the figures “$567,483,603" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$568,000,000".
