Sampling and Testing of Stormwater Systems in the Town of Belmont that Flow into the Mystic River Watershed

Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0401, by inserting after the word “recreation”  the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the purpose of sampling and testing of storm water systems in the Town of Belmont that flow into the Mystic River Watershed”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$419,542” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$469,542”.
