Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to contract with Martha’s Vineyard Community Services, Inc. for the purpose of increasing access to health and human services on Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.” and in said item by  striking out the figures “$102,502,734” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$102,652,734”.
