Amendment #127 to H3600

Martha’s Vineyard Suboxone Program

Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to fund a suboxone program on Martha’s Vineyard administered through Martha’s Vineyard Community Services”  and in said item by striking out the figures $131,700,888” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$131,775,888”.
