Mr. Vega of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-1206, in line 3, by inserting after the word "organizations;"  the following: "that $30,000 shall be appropriated for HolyokeWorks of Holyoke for their programs addressing the needs of low-skilled and bilingual workers"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,400,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,430,000".
