Amendment #150 to H3600

Plymouth County Children’s Advocacy Center

Representatives Cassidy of Brockton, Cronin of Easton and DuBois of Brockton move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, by adding at the end thereof the following: "and provided further that funding shall be expended on children’s advocacy centers, services for child victims of sexual abuse and assault; and provided further, that not less than $175,000.00 be expended for the Plymouth County Children’s Advocacy Center".
