Mr. Whelan of Brewster moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $70,000 shall be expended for structural repairs for The Cape Playhouse in the town of Dennis.” and in said item by striking out the figures "$299,361" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$369,361"
