Mr. Vieira of Falmouth moves to amend the bill, in item 2200-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following: "provided further that no less than $50,000 be expended for sampling equipment, volunteer recruitment, management and training, laboratory testing and analysis, in the coastal estuaries of the town of Falmouth by Water Stewards, Inc.; and in said item by striking out the figures $24,408,940 and inserting in place thereof the figures $24,458,940”
