Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $100,000.00 be expended providing planning and development for Beaver Brook Farm in the Town of Dracut”.

and in said item by striking out the figures “$299,361.00” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$724,361.00”.
