Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Prevention

Mrs. Haddad of Somerset moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1130, in line 7 by inserting after the word “communities;” the following; “provided further, that not less than $100,000 be allocated for the Katie Brown Educational Program for a pilot instructional initiative, the Train the Trainer program, to train educators and increase the number of Southeastern Massachusetts students who acquire invaluable knowledge about the prevention of relationship violence;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$31,335,559” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$31,435,559.”
