Amendment #201 to H3600

Design of Pedestrian Walkway Access in the town of Yarmouth

Mr. Crocker of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to fund the concept and design for the former Yarmouth Drive-In Property into a pedestrian walkway along Parkers River.” and in said item by striking out the figures “$35,163,728” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$35,238,728”.
