Amendment #204 to H3600

Wastewater Management

Mr. Crocker of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0100, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to fund the planning of a tri-town Wastewater Collaborative among the towns of Yarmouth, Dennis, and Harwich to address wastewater dilemmas impacting each town.” and in said item by striking out the figures “$24,408,940” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$24,458,940”.
