Mr. Lawn of Watertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-2042, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the construction of a memorial plaque for World War II Veteran, Leo J. Martin at the Leo J. Martin Golf Course in Weston, MA”
