Mr. Gonzalez of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7000-9501, by inserting at the end thereof the following: “provided further that not less than $50,000 be expended to the Hispanic American Library Inc. of Springfield; to develop cultural awareness and education;"
