Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 5, by inserting after “development;” the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for LuminArtz for the design, preparation and production of public art displays;”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$299,361” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$399,361”.
