Amendment #235 to H3600

Handicap Accessibility Improvement

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX: provided further, that not less than $175,000 shall be expended for handicap accessibility to municipally owned buildings in West Springfield."
