Amendment #243 to H3600

Substance Abuse Coalition

Mr. Roy of Franklin moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0810-1205, by inserting after the word “program” the following:

“provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the substance abuse coalition in the city known as the Town of Franklin which provides support, education, treatment options, and coping mechanisms for those affected by substance abuse disorder.”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,250,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$1,300,000”.
