Amendment #250 to H3600

South Coast Youth Courts of New Bedford and Fall River

Representatives Koczera of New Bedford, Haddad of Somerset, Cabral of New Bedford, Fiola of Fall River, Schmid of Westport, Silvia of Fall River and Straus of Mattapoisett move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, by adding the following:

“provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Youth Court programs of New Bedford and Fall River to support juvenile diversion programs based on the principles of peer-led restorative justice”.
