Amendment #320 to H3600

Spanish American Center - Food Storage and Delivery Truck

Ms. Higgins of Leominster moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0105, in line 9, by adding the following: "; provided further that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to the Spanish American Center in the City of Leominster for the purpose of purchasing a delivery truck to transport hot and cold meals prepared at the Center to the many programs that they contract with throughout the North County area both during the school year and the summer months"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$17,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$17,030,000".
