Substance Abuse Services for Veterans

Representatives Kane of Shrewsbury, Muradian of Grafton, Ferguson of Holden, Dykema of Holliston, Gregoire of Marlborough, Benson of Lunenburg, Walsh of Framingham, Muratore of Plymouth, Keefe of Worcester, O'Connell of Taunton, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Mahoney of Worcester, Provost of Somerville, Cahill of Lynn, Cantwell of Marshfield, Donahue of Worcester and Ashe of Longmeadow move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $100,000 be expended for the establishment of a substance abuse treatment clinic in Shrewsbury for veterans operated by Veterans Inc., to be staffed by licensed mental health providers".
