Mr. Cusack of Braintree further amend amendment no. 347 by inserting the following section:-

SECTION XXXA. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the provisions of section XXX shall not take effect until July 1, 2018 or until such time as the Joint Committee on Marijuana Policy has a filed report and legislation has been filed and enacted pursuant to Part 2, Chap. 1, Sec. 1, Art. II of the Constitution.
