Cash assistance expenditures

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, Lombardo of Billerica, Kane of Shrewsbury, DeCoste of Norwell, Garry of Dracut, Dwyer of Woburn, Diehl of Whitman, Lyons of Andover and Kuros of Uxbridge move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

"SECTION XXX. Section 5I(b) of Chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in the last sentence “court.” and inserting in place thereof the following-: “court; or marijuana or marijuana products not prescribed under the law for medicinal purposes” and by striking out in section 5j “; or on cruise ships.” and inserting in place thereof the following-: “;on cruise ships; or at establishments or businesses that sell marijuana or marijuana products not prescribed under the law for medicinal purposes.”
