Amendment #349 to H3600
Relative to Nursing Home User Fee
Mr. Golden of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0641, in line 26, by inserting after “acts of 1996” the following: “provided that effective July 1, 2017 the executive office of health and human services shall expend in MassHealth nursing facility rates not less than $15 million over the amount spent in state fiscal year 2017 to fund the Medicaid share of the nursing home assessment established by section 63 of chapter 118E of the General Laws”
