Amendment #355 to H3600

National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)

Representatives Golden of Lowell, Murray of Milford, Ferguson of Holden, Howitt of Seekonk, Jones of North Reading, Kane of Shrewsbury and Roy of Franklin move to amend the bill, in section 2, by inserting after line item 2200-0112 the following new line item:-

"2200-0113  For the commonwealth's establishment, administration and implementation of the federal National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System program pursuant to section 402 of the federal Clean Water Act……………...$1,410,000”
