Mr. Boldyga of Southwick moves to amend the bill by adding the following outside sections:-

Section XX the first paragraph of Section 24I of Chapter 90 of the general laws is hereby amended by adding after “liquid” the following “and/or other substances”

Section XY Subsection (b) of Section 24I of Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby further amended by adding after “Alcoholic Beverage” the following “, Marijuana, or any Marijuana derived product”

Section XZ subsection (d) of Section 24I of Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby further amended by adding after “Alcoholic Beverage” the following “, Marijuana, or any Marijuana derived product”
