Amendment #386 to H3600
Dairy Tax Credit
Ms. Cariddi of North Adams moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:
"SECTION XXXX. Section 38Z of Chapter 63 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the figures “$4,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$8,000,000”.
