Timeline for Restoration of Adult Dental Benefits

Representatives Pignatelli of Lenox and Scibak of South Hadley move to amend the bill in section 2, in line 4000-0700, in line 53, by striking out the word “and” and inserting after the word “care” in line 55 the following: “; and (e) a schedule to include within its covered services for adults at least those federally optional services for dental care and dentures which were included in its state plan in effect on January 1, 2010 and the accompanying cost of implementation”
