Amendment #42 to H3600

Income Tax Freeze

Ms. Provost of Somerville moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX. Section 4 of chapter 62 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out paragraph (b) and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-

(b) Part B taxable income shall be taxed at the rate of 5.10 per cent for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2017.”
