Amendment #428 to H3600

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program

Representatives DiZoglio of Methuen and Chan of Quincy move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1201-0100, by adding the following: “provided, further, that not less than $800,000 shall be expended to organizations providing tax assistance services to individuals and families qualifying for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, in partnership with the Internal Revenue Service, for the provision of said services”.
