Public Safety Opioid Overdose Follow-up Program

Ms. Fiola of Fall River moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0203, in line 4, by inserting after the word "substances"  the following: "provided further that not less than $100,000 will be used for a public safety opioid overdose follow-up program in the city of Fall River"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,485,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,585,000".
