Assistance Dogs for Veterans

Representatives Ferguson of Holden, Ashe of Longmeadow, Barrows of Mansfield, Benson of Lunenburg, Berthiaume of Spencer, Cantwell of Marshfield, Crocker of Barnstable, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Dwyer of Woburn, Gifford of Wareham, Jones of North Reading, Lawn of Watertown, Linsky of Natick, O'Connell of Taunton, Orrall of Lakeville, Provost of Somerville, Rogers of Norwood, Schmid of Westport, Vega of Holyoke, Walsh of Framingham, Williams of Springfield and Zlotnik of Gardner move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0010, by adding the following: "that not less than $85,000 shall be expended for the NEADS Assistance Dogs for Veterans program to train assistance dogs for veterans”.
