Veterans Park

Mr. Nangle of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 17, by inserting after the word "season" the following: "provided further that no less than $500,000 shall be expended for a new veterans park in the City of Lowell. Said enhancements will include design and construction"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$35,163,728" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$35,663,728".
