Mr. Gonzalez of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 4000-0601 the following item, "4000-0602 $20,000 be expended by the Pioneer Valley Project Inc. outreach and Education to the senior citizens in the North End, South End and Forest Park.”.
