Representatives Ferguson of Holden, Cantwell of Marshfield, Cassidy of Brockton, Chan of Quincy, Connolly of Cambridge, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Dwyer of Woburn, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Fiola of Fall River, Garlick of Needham, Garry of Dracut, Hecht of Watertown, Kane of Shrewsbury, Keefe of Worcester, Khan of Newton, Lewis of Framingham, Linsky of Natick, McKenna of Webster, McMurtry of Dedham, Muratore of Plymouth, Pignatelli of Lenox, Provost of Somerville, Rogers of Norwood, Schmid of Westport, Stanley of Waltham, Tosado of Springfield, Vega of Holyoke, Williams of Springfield, Wong of Saugus, Zlotnik of Gardner, Barrows of Mansfield and Galvin of Canton move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4120-6000, by striking out the figures “$16,183,512” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$17,898,807” and in said item by adding the following: "Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) shall establish a Care Navigation Program, a community outreach program to assist with acquired brain injury, (traumatic brain injury and non-traumatic brain injury), after hospital discharge, subject to the availability of funds."
