Mr. Velis of Westfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-0900, by inserting after the year "2018" the following: "provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for safety improvements and restoration of the Westfield Historic Industries Preservation Project operated by Westfield Museum Incorporated in Westfield."
