Amendment #529 to H3600

Municipal Light Plants advertising for purchase proposals

Representatives Ferguson of Holden, Kane of Shrewsbury, Barrows of Mansfield, Benson of Lunenburg, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Dwyer of Woburn, Haddad of Somerset, Jones of North Reading, Mirra of West Newbury, O'Connell of Taunton, Orrall of Lakeville, Rogers of Norwood, Scibak of South Hadley, Vega of Holyoke, Williams of Springfield and Zlotnik of Gardner move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION X. Section 56D of chapter 164 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the figure"$25,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $50,000.

SECTION XX. Said section 56D of said chapter 164, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 5, the figure "$25,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $50,000."
