Representatives Rushing of Boston, Provost of Somerville and Connolly of Cambridge move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4590-1507, in line 10, by inserting after the words "member organizations" the following: "; and provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Center for Teen Empowerment, Inc."; and in said item by striking out the figures "$2,100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$2,200,000".
