Open Door “On Your Mark Program”

Representatives Ferrante of Gloucester and Hill of Ipswich move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7003-1206 the following item: 

“xxxx-xxxx For the development and implementation of the Open Door’s On Your Mark program, a job training and workforce readiness initiative for high-risk youth ages 16-21, designed to build work skills and increase access to good nutrition for better health through meal preparation and food production packaged for distribution through the programs of this organization.  $100,000”
