Representatives Walsh of Framingham, Linsky of Natick and Dykema of Holliston move to amend the bill in section 2 by adding the following item: "XXXX-XXXX For a pilot program at Framingham State University to establish a resource center dedicated to helping students, parents, educators and administrators navigate the special education process………………………$500,000"
