Amendment #580 to H3600

Wellness Program Tax Credit

Mr. Garballey of Arlington moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"Section XX - The Massachusetts wellness program tax credit, as established by Chapter 224 of the Acts of 2012, is hereby extended by repealing Sections 41A, 56A and 298 of Chapter 224 of the Acts of 2012."
