Family Services Level Funding

Mr. Collins of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4800-0038, by inserting in line 21, after the words "flex services" the following: "provided further that programs in substantial regulatory and contractual compliance shall receive not less than the same level of funding in fiscal year 2018 as received in fiscal year 2017".
