Gavin Foundation and SB Collaborative Level Funding

Mr. Collins of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4512-0200, in line 3, after the words "indigent clients" by inserting the following: "provided further, that programs in substantial regulatory and contractual compliance shall receive not less than the same level of funding in fiscal year 2018 as received in fiscal year 2017”.
