Mr. Collins of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4512-0200, in line 31, after the words "beds in the public system" by inserting the following: "provided further that not less than $250,00 shall be allocated to the Gavin Foundation"; and in said item by striking out the figures "131,700,888" and inserting in place thereof the figures "131,950,888"
