Amendment #614 to H3600

Farm to School Project

Representatives Schmid of Westport, Walsh of Framingham, Pignatelli of Lenox, Hecht of Watertown, Muratore of Plymouth, Fiola of Fall River, Cantwell of Marshfield, Khan of Newton, Haddad of Somerset, Keefe of Worcester, Provost of Somerville, Goldstein-Rose of Amherst, Ferguson of Holden, Benson of Lunenburg, Vega of Holyoke, Cutler of Duxbury, McMurtry of Dedham, Howitt of Seekonk, D'Emilia of Bridgewater and Mark of Peru move to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 2511-0100, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $120,000 shall be expended to support the Massachusetts Farm to School Project” and by striking out the figures “4,957,651” and inserting in place thereof the following figures “5,077,651”.
